Some benefits of massage include reducing stress, increasing relaxation, reducing pain, muscle soreness, and tension, improving circulation, energy, and alertness, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, and improving immune function.

During her time away from work, you will likely find Mikaela enjoying her time outside (preferably sunny out), going for walks, running, surfing, and biking. As a huge fan of rest and recovery, she will also be often found in the kitchen cooking, listening to music, stretching, and dancing.
