Please also note that because of the nature of our practice, we do NOT take insurance and we are considered an out-of-network provider with ALL insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a detailed superbill upon request so that you can submit for potential reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. This approach allows our practitioners to focus entirely on delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. Please note that due to current staffing limitations, we cannot assist with producing prior authorizations for specialty medications that may require additional insurance approval.

Reminder: Claims cannot be submitted for reimbursement with any government health plans (Medicare, Medicaid/Medical, or Tricare) as DanaRamsey, CNM, and Nurture Women's Health and Fertility have opted out of these plans.

Prepaid packages are available at discounted rates.

We accept cash, check, credit cards, and health savings accounts.

    Ultrasounds - all ultrasounds take about 30 minutes from start to finish and does not require a full bladder

    PFT Packages:

    *All packages require an initial visit prior to purchasing. 4 session and 6 session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. 8 session package must be used 8 months from purchase.

Additional Booking Notes

Nurture Women's Health & Fertility has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can reach us through the messaging feature in Practice Better or call us at 831-515-7078. Our late cancellation/no show fee is the full visit amount of your scheduled service and will be charged to the card on file.

Our office is located upstairs. If you need any accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible.

Our providers do most of their communication through the messaging feature on Practice Better, so if you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out! On average the response to messages are within 24-48 hours. If you have an emergency please seek care at your local emergency department.
