Please note that because of the nature of our practice we do NOT take insurance and we are considered an out-of-network provider with ALL insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits with your health insurance, we will provide you will all of the documentation needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This allows payment to be sent directly to you and allows our practitioners to spend quality time on patient care.
Prepaid packages are available at discounted rates.
