Loss is not one-size-fits-all.

For some, it’s the death of a loved one.
For others, it’s pregnancy loss, infertility, or the quiet ache of life transitions that feel unbearable.

No matter how it touches you, grief is heavy. And trying to carry it alone makes it heavier.

That’s why we’re here.

Our grief therapists in Santa Cruz offer compassionate support specifically designed for women.
A safe, calm and understanding space where your grief is honored, not minimized.
Where every tear, every silence, every memory is welcome.

We specialize in the tender complexities of reproductive loss and the tangled emotions of complex grief.
You don’t have to “move on.”
You can move forward at your own pace.

With the proper support, therapy helps you process the heartbreak.
It helps you rediscover resilience.
It helps you find a way to keep living, while still honoring the love and loss that shaped you.

Your healing matters.
And it begins with reaching out today.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy sessions.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
