Mikaela Minoggi (she/her)
Mikaela is a dedicated, licensed massage therapist and Santa Cruz County native with a passion for helping people improve their mind-body connection, treat chronic pain, and improve daily physical performance. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she completed her B.S. degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with a continuous fascination for human anatomy and overall wellness. Receiving massage therapy has always been a helpful tool for improving her own understanding of the body and healing process, consequently becoming a major factor in choosing this career path.
Since graduating from the San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork, Mikaela has utilized a combination of relaxing Swedish along with therapeutic sports massage techniques for a holistic and individualized approach to each client. Within her sessions, her techniques include compression and range of motion assessments, Swedish & deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point release, pin and stretch, passive ROM, PNF, traction, and mobilization. Whether you are seeking preventative care, deep and targeted work, improving athletic performance, chronic pain treatments, or just overall relaxation, Mikaela will ensure those needs are met in each session.
During her time away from work, you will likely find Mikaela enjoying her time outside (preferably sunny out), going for walks, running, surfing, and biking. As a huge fan of rest and recovery, she will also be often found in the kitchen cooking, listening to music, stretching, and dancing.

Alex Weber (she/her)
Specialties: Scar Tissue Remodeling, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Postpartum Structural Integration
Alex Weber is a certified massage therapist and manual lymphatic drainage specialist specializing in postpartum structural integration, scar tissue remodeling, therapeutic massage for athletes, injury rehabilitation, and lymphatic drainage. Her passion stems from a major pelvic reconstructive surgery that changed the trajectory of her life, influencing a career dedicated to helping others recover from physical traumas.
After earning a Biology degree from UC Santa Cruz and completing her bodywork training at Cypress Health Institute, Alex spent a year traveling through Southeast Asia, studying traditional postpartum treatments in temples and local communities. Upon returning to the U.S., Alex pursued advanced training in therapeutic modalities that support both athletic performance and pre- and post-operative recovery. Her practice is grounded in both science and intuition, honed through years of hands-on experience and continuing education.
As a lifelong athlete, surfer, free-diver, backpacker, and explorer, Alex brings not only professional expertise but also personal insight to her work. She has navigated her own injuries and healing journeys, giving her a unique empathy for the people she works with. Alex believes that no system in the body operates in isolation. The nervous system, myofascial system, emotional body, and detoxification pathways are all intricately connected. Her massage sessions reflect this philosophy—treating not just muscles, but the whole person. For Alex, massage is a practice of deep listening, a space where the body can safely release stored tension, emotions, and trauma..
