Why choose a Perinatal & Postpartum Package?
This package ensures you receive consistent, ongoing support, rather than one-time sessions. Emotional needs shift between pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and this package is designed to follow you through each of those phases with care and continuity.
Support is structured to align with key milestones such as:
Pregnancy: Emotional prep, fears, expectations, and mental wellness
Early postpartum (0–3 months): Recovery, baby care, sleep deprivation, identity shifts
Months 4–8: Relationship adjustments, returning to work, balancing needs
Months 9–12: Reclaiming identity, long-term coping tools, planning for the future
