What happens at my first appointment? . . .

We value our patient relationships and always make it a priority to take the time to listen to you and learn your history, concerns & goals. During this process a trusted relationship is formed and much of this begins at your first visit. We welcome your partner at any visit, should you desire them to be present. At that visit we determine which testing is appropriate and if an exam is warranted. A plan is formulated to get you started on your path to reaching your goal!

Can I use my Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) to pay for visits? . . .

YES!!! Many of our patients have high-deductible plans with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) and use those funds here for office visits, labs and supplements as their plans allow. It's always best to check with your specific plan.

How much should I expect to spend? . . .

New Patient Consultation (not fertility related) | 60 mins | $200

New Patient Functional Medicine Consultation | 75 mins | $300

Established Patient Visit | 45 mins | $175

Acute Patient Visit or Brief Follow Up | 30 mins | $125

Simple Annual Gynecology Exam | 30mins | $125

Telemedicine | Depends on length and complexity of visit | $150-$200

What is your appointment cancellation policy? . . .

Our 24 hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure appointment availability for all patients desiring care. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid a late cancellation or missed appointment charge ($50).

What payment forms are accepted? . . .

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards including Health Savings Account and Flex Spending Account cards.
