FIRST OFFICE VISIT

During your first visit at Nurture, we’ll take an in-depth assessment of your health and wellness concerns, goals, nutrition, and lifestyle.

LAB ANALYSIS + ULTRASOUNDS

Depending on the intake discussion, we will most likely recommend laboratory work and in specific cases, an ultrasound to help us better understand your symptoms and create a customized treatment plan.

FOLLOW-UP VISITS

We’ll schedule follow-up visits at 4-6 week intervals to monitor your progress and fine-tune your treatment protocol for maximum results. Just know that at any point if you need or want to get in sooner, our providers are happy to meet with you.
